One film  panned by the critics was Anaconda, also released in 1997.

The movie tells the story of a documentary crew (led by Jennifer Lopez as Terri Flores) searching along the Amazon river for a long lost tribe.  The crew is hijacked by snake hunter Paul Sarone (played by John Voight in one of his now typical ‘villain’ roles) and end up ‘helping’ him in his search for a record-breaking green Anaconda – by being put up as bait!

Anaconda being an action horror film, has loads of blood and gore (some of it thrown over Jennifer Lopez…) and the villain meets a very nasty end as the heroes escape just in time (with the 90’s requisite ’shock’ before they finally triumph).

As a storyline Anaconda was a case of ’seen this plot many times before’, which is why the critics gave it such a hard time.

But J.Lo received little criticism for her part in the movie and, despite the fact that she appeared fully clothed in most scenes, there are some great shots of Jennifer in see-through lingerie and in boob-hugging T-shirts.

The pictures here lead to a much bigger set, where you can see Jennifer Lopez looking incredibly hot (and sticky!) in a number of clips from the movie.

Anaconda was certainly not one of Jennifer Lopez’ greatest triumphs, but the pictures make up for that

After finding the shooting of the sex scene in Money Train difficult (but making a really good job of it ), Jennifer Lopez was faced with a further dilemma.  Most of the plots she was being offered involved nudity.

The film, U Turn, was too good an opportunity for Jennifer to miss.  Not only did it have an excellent, if off-beat plot, her co-star was Sean Penn, at the time a hot asset in Hollywood, despite his media reputation as a trouble maker.  He was also a very fine actor, like Jennifer herself.

U Turn called for a number of sex scenes, including one extremely violent one.  If you click on this link you can see a large image of Jennifer Lopez topless and having hard sex in U Turn.  You can see by her face in the picture, that this was one hell of a hard role and she gave it her all.

But rumours in celebrity gossip columns stated that Jennifer Lopez caused problems on the set of U Turn, precisely because she was finding it increasingly difficult to make nude sex scenes.  Gossip said that her relationship on set with Sean Pen was ‘troubled’ to say the least…

However, this didn’t prevent her from starring in some of the hottest sex scenes on film!

The movie Money Train vaulted Jennifer Lopez onto the international film scene.  From an up and coming star, she now found herself sought after for more action movies.  To give Jennifer her due, it was not just about her steamy love action with Wesley Snipes, it was also because she is a pretty fine action actress.

But it is that sex scene that many viewers of Money Train remember the best.

Jennifer Lopez played the scene topless and it is hinted that she was nude, although most of the time you do not see her full body.
